Delhi Edition of the AI-Agent Masterclass: From Use-Case to Prototype in 2 Days

Last week, we ran the Delhi edition of the 'AI Agents Masterclass', our 2-day high-impact bootcamp in collaboration with our partner, Google for Startups. Thirty-three startups spent the programme moving from use-case definition to tested prototype, all inside two working days. Day 1 – Foundations & Friction-Free Use-Cases

Morning: we introduce the core concepts that separate AI agents from traditional automation, then run an interactive exercise to map high-impact opportunities to measurable business outcomes. By lunch every team has chosen one agent persona, a goal statement and a success metric.

Afternoon: the technology landscape session walks through the full spectrum—from open-source frameworks to Google’s enterprise stack—so you understand when to select Gemini 2.5, the Agent Development Kit (ADK), Firebase Studio or an OSS alternative. You leave with a decision matrix that already includes cost, latency and governance considerations.

Day 2 – Build, Test, Deploy, Govern

The second day is a hands-on sprint. Mentors circulate while you code, integrating your agent with live data sources and running unit, integration and user-acceptance tests. A best-practice checklist (security, rollback, monitoring) is provided so nothing critical is left for “later.”

We close with a demo circle: each founder presents the working prototype to peers and a panel of experts, receiving immediate feedback on scalability, ethics and go-to-market fit. After final sign-off you graduate into a private Slack channel where our team continues code reviews, shares updated playbooks and tracks live metrics.
